I have full admin rights and have tried everything as the administrator. I have also followed and implemented some of the advice that you have given to other people for re-installing the PDF Creator. I am running the latest build: 13.6.0.108 on Microsoft's latest Surface Pro X which has an ARM64 processor rather than an Intel processor.
